Costs and conditions

  • The apartment is in principle rented from Saturday to Saturday. Would you like a different period? Please contact us and we'll look at the options.
  • The final cleaning is included in the weekly price.
  • On departure, please leave the apartment broom-clean and tidy: strip the beds, do the dishes and take out the rubbish.
  • Tourist tax: €0.99 per person per night (children under 18 do not pay). It is calculated separately and is added to the weekly price.
  • The rent is payable immediately after your booking is confirmed, via the payment link.
  • Deposit: €500, payable before the start of the rental period. It is refunded after your stay if the apartment is left in good condition.
  • Cancellation is not free of charge: if you cancel, the full rental amount is due.

How to book

  1. Choose a week and request it.The chosen week is then already filled in on the contact form.
  2. We confirm.You receive the rental contract and a payment link by email.
  3. Pay and you're done.Once we have received your payment, your week is definitely reserved.

Good to know

  • The apartment is suitable for 8 guests, maximum 10.
  • A linen pack will be ready for you. Please bring your own towels.
  • On the day of arrival you will receive the key safe code as soon as the cleaning is finished, by 5 pm at the latest.
  • Departure is on Saturday before 9 am.
  • Pets are not allowed.
